Our Team

Mireille Régis
A psychologist and entrepreneur, Mireille brings over 10 years of experience in psychological support, personality and professional behavior assessment, as well as organizational health and consulting.
She founded her own practice and has conducted more than 350 assessments, including for executive leadership roles and board members. Her background, shaped by a dual experience in corporate environments — notably with well-known organizations such as CSS — enables her to combine clinical rigor, strategic insight, and a strong connection to the field.

Martin Albrecht
An independent HR consultant since 2020, Martin specializes in HR strategy, executive assessments, as well as leadership and management training.
Previously, he held the position of HR Director at Assura and spent several years at H&M, where he held various leadership roles across multiple countries, including Germany, Switzerland, the United States, Italy, and Sweden.
He holds a master's degree in business administration, is accredited as a Human Capital Strategist by the Human Capital Institute in London, and is certified as an adult trainer by the Swiss Federation for Continuing Education. He works in French, English, and German.

Gaël Mottier
With over 12 years of experience in transformation consulting, change management, and the steering of complex projects, Gaël has supported international groups such as Nestlé and Richemont.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Economics from HEC, he combines a structured approach with strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset. Driven by innovation and a commitment to lasting impact, he supports organizations in their strategic and cultural transformations.

Reto Brantschen
A recognized HR specialist, Reto has solid expertise and extensive experience in the field. After studying English and German literature at the University of Fribourg, he held managerial and strategic leadership roles, notably as Head of Human Resources at the Fribourg Hospital and later at the Fribourg Public Transport company.
He holds an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from the Bern University of Applied Sciences. He is co-owner of Morciano Global AG and regularly contributes to assessments, diagnostics, consulting, and training. A native German speaker, he works fluently in French and English.

Mario Morciano
With a background in law, Mario brings over 15 years of international experience in strategy and management consulting, executive coaching, and professional training. As an expert in leadership assessments and talent development, he supports organizations in identifying and strengthening their key competencies through a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
Founder of Morciano Global AG, Mario leads high-impact projects in executive assessment, organizational diagnostics, strategic consulting, and leadership development. Prior to launching his own firm, he worked as an auditor and consultant in both national and international settings. His background as a university lecturer and certified systemic coach provides him with advanced skills in designing tailored workshops, developing leadership capabilities, and enhancing individual and team performance.
